How to use:

• Apply Twist Stick evenly from the center of your lips to the outer edges.
• Now let the color develop for a few minutes to lock in the staying power.
• TIP: The color develops gradually so 1-2 even layers is all you need. For a bolder lip, repeat the application.
• Moodmatcher Matte Lip Liner can also be used as a contour and/or lip base for a more finished look.
