Return and exchange policy

Adam customers can request to cancel thei order before shipping or receiving it by contacting us via the website through the contact us form, or by sending an E-mail to: support@adam.med.sa

For a product to be returned after receiving it, it will have to meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • If there is a defect in the product, the website administration has to be notified of it before using the product.
  • the return or exchange request must be submitted by the customer within a time period of 48 hours from the time of receiving the order.

 

It should be noted that there are some products that cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:

  • Products that need to be kept at certain temperatures such as (baby food and milk), and also the products that need to be kept and stored in the refrigerator such as (Insulin, hormones, and others).
  • Personal care products such as (shaving and hair removal products, Deodorants, make-up, contact lenses and other personal care products). This is in accordance with public health matters and hygiene, and for the safety of Adam customers.
  • Medical braces, slimming corsets and similar products.

 

If the customer needs or wants to make an exchange, their request can be met after examining the product, and then he/she can request a refund by bank transfer. The refund process will take within 7 working days, the shipping costs back and forth and the bank transfer fees, if any, are to be borne by the customer. Otherwise, no additional fees will be added when there is a problem with the product itself due to a manufacturing defect or damage during the delivery process.
