TyMER 0.3% EYE DROP | 5 ml

Effective Material

Each 1 ml of Timer contains

•  Gatifloxacin 3.22 mg equivalent to 3 mg
• Benzalkonium Chloride 0.05% Preservative

Indications

A broad spectrum antibiotic used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis caused by strains sensitive to gatifloxacin.

Warnings and precautions

Do not use the drops if

• You are allergic to gatifloxacin
• Avoid contaminating the dropper tip with any substance from the eye
• Prolonged use can cause an increase in the growth of bacteria that are not sensitive to antibiotics
• If you use contact lenses, do not use the timer while the lenses are in use, and wait 10-15 minutes before putting the lenses in after using the drops.

Pregnancy and lactation

Tymer has not been tested in cases of pregnancy and lactation, so you should consult a doctor

Dosing

Bacterial conjunctivitis treatment

Dosage

Days 1 and 2 are a drop every two hours up to 8 times daily

Days from 3-7 days is a drop up to 4 times a day

side effects

Tymer can cause side effects such as

• conjunctivitis
• Keratitis
• papillary conjunctivitis
• increased tearing
• Taste disturbances

Storage 

• keep away from the reach of the children
• Store at a temperature below 30
• The medicine is destroyed after 30 days of opening the cap
