the use :

It is an anti-nausea medication used to relieve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting

How to use :

The usual dose for adults and children 12 years of age and over is one 10 mg tablet (or 10 ml of liquid).

You can take domperidone up to 3 times a day

If you need it throughout the day, at least 8 hours space it between doses

Domperidone is best taken before food. Take it 15 to 30 minutes before you eat a meal or snack.

Warnings and Precautions:

Domperidone is not usually recommended for use during pregnancy
