This single-use cap is alcohol-free and requires no rinsing. For added comfort, it can be warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds (optional). How to use ? 1- heat for 20 seconds (optional).
2- place over head and massage for 3 minutes.
3- use inside of cap (for long hair).
4- discard the cap (do not reuse).
