Product Description:

-Cefdinir is used to treat community-acquired pneumonia, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, acute maxillary sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, uncomplicated skin and epidermal structure, and infections.

Description of Cefdinir:

-Third generation cephalosporins.

-Cefdinir binds to one or more penicillin-binding proteins that inhibit the final step of peptidoglycan synthesis in the bacterial cell wall, inhibiting biosynthesis and stopping cell wall assembly leading to bacterial cell death.
