active ingredients:

•  Calcium carbonate 500 mg
• Cholecalciferol 300 IU
• Dried Magnesium Sulfate 400 mg
•  Zinc gluconate 15 mg

 uses:

• it is used for growth and building of bones and teeth
•  Vital tablet is used to prevent and treat vitamin D and calcium deficiency in the elderly.
•  Calcium: Necessary for functions such as nerves, muscles, cells and bone strength.
• Vitamin D3: Increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorous. It is necessary for bone strength. Because of a vitamin D deficiency, you may experience fractures, muscle pain, and weakness.
• This medication works by slowing down the growth process of old bone, giving the bone-forming cells enough time to rebuild healthy bone. This medicine helps maintain bone structure.

• Vitacal is also used to treat patients with osteoporosis at risk of developing vitamin D and calcium deficiency
•  Vitacal tablets are used in special groups such as the elderly, pregnant and breast-feeding who need vitamin D and calcium supplementation.

Warnings and precautions:

•  You are allergic to vitamin D or calcium or any other ingredients of this medicine, do not take it in this case 
• Do not take it if you have a high level of calcium or vitamin D in your blood, or if you have a high level of calcium in your urine, or kidney stones , or if you suffer from bed
•   suffer from tissue calcification (calcium deposition in body tissues)
•  You suffer from malabsorption
•  You have kidney problems or leukemia
•  you are taking any other product containing vitamin D or calcium
•  You have high cholesterol levels, so be careful
•  Never take thyroid medication and this medication together.
