Indications/Uses

• SYSTANE ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops is a dry eye therapy for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.
•  May be used to treat dry eye associated with contact lens usage by instilling drops prior to inserting contact lenses and after the removal of contact lenses

Dosage/Direction for Use

Twist off the top of the single dose vial, place 1-2 drops in affected eye(s) as needed and blink. Discard the vial after use

Contraindications

People allergic to any ingredient in SYSTANE ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops should not use this product.

Special Precautions

• To avoid contamination, never touch the dropper tip of the vial to any surface.
• For ocular use only.
• If swallowed, get medical help.
• If solution changes color or becomes cloudy do not use.
• TAMPER EVIDENT: Do not use if security seal is damaged or missing or tamper evident cap is damaged. Do not use if package has been opened or damaged.
• Discard any remaining contents after use. Do not save solution in an opened vial.

Storage

• Do not store above 30°C.
