How does Otosan Nasal Wash work?
It works in three steps: a hypertonic saline solution draws trapped mucus out of the nasal passages and sinus openings and flushes it out; Hyaluronic acid moisturises and protects the nasal lining; and Sodium bicarbonate helps make the nasal environment unfavourable for microbial growth while clearing secretions.

Is a nasal wash better than nasal decongestant sprays?

How do I use Otosan Nasal Wash?
Empty one sachet into the bottle, fill with lukewarm boiled (cooled) or distilled water up to the mark, shake well, then rinse each nostril while leaning over a sink.
