Benefits of use:

• Calcium promotes: healthy bones, teeth, muscles, heart, and nerves, and plays an important role in tissue healing, blood pressure control and acidity, especially in menopause and beyond, also for pregnant women during pregnancy and breastfeeding

• For more effectiveness and maintaining the integrity of the kidneys, provide magnesium and vitamin D to improve absorption

Recommended quantity:

• Babies: 6 to 12 months (half a teaspoon once to twice daily)

• Children: from 1 to 3 years (one teaspoon twice daily)

• Children: from 3 to 12 years (2 teaspoonfuls two or three times daily)

• Adults: men - women (2 teaspoonful twice daily)

Warnings and precautions:

• Do not take the supplement if you are allergic to any of the ingredients

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:

• It is preferable to take two teaspoons two or three times according to the doctor's instructions
