Indications

·         It is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men.

.      It is used to treat Benign prostatic hyperplasia.

·         It is also used in the treatment of high blood pressure in the pulmonary artery.

Instructions for use

·         Always use the product exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

·         For the treatment of erectile dysfunction: 10 mg can be started 30 minutes before sexual intercourse.

·         For the treatment of pulmonary hypertension: two 20 mg tablets once a day.

·         The tablets should be taken whole with water.

·         Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

·         The doctor will discuss the possible risks and benefits of using this medicine during pregnancy and breast-feeding

Mechanism of action

·         this preparation contains:

·         Tadalafil (a type of PDE5 inhibitor) helps relax blood vessels and improve blood flow to them.

Possible side effects

·         Headache and indigestion.

Contraindications

Do not use this medicine if you have previously been diagnosed with eye problems such as certain types of high intraocular pressure.
