Instructions for use

·         Always use the product exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

·         For women of childbearing age: 400 mcg

·         First 3 months of pregnancy: 400 mcg

·         In months 4-9 of pregnancy: 600 micrograms

·         During breastfeeding: 500 mcg
