In developing the Q Store, two major successes were achieved. First, providing a way for Q Pass employees to buy their own merchandise for events or client gifts significantly reduced the time and energy spent, by several key employees. Thus allowing them to spend more quality time on the jobs they were originally hired for.
Second, instead of all departments operating independently when it came to the selection of merchandise for a variety of needs throughout the year, the Q Store allowed people to purchase what they need, when they need it. It also allows groups within the organization access to products that were used for other events. This has allowed our clients to be more creative without the fear of having excess product, or putting too much strain on one departments budget.
