In-House Graphics Department:
We couldn't help our clients promote their
brands if it wasn't for our in-house graphics department. Without the
ability to manipulate client supplied artwork for the approximately 500,000
different products and applications they may request from us, or our ability
to develop new artwork for special projects or for new clients, how can we
truly provide the level of service our clients expect.
The design, layout, and image quality, and color selection are the
foundation for what we do.
How could we successfully do that if we are dealing with a third party
designer who's primary concern is how the graphics are going to look on paper, the
web, or on billboards? Our art staff understands our business and doesn't
provide us with artwork we cannot use. They are trained, educated
professionals who understand the limitations we face when reproducing art on
products, instead of paper or the web.
In-House Embroidery:
With over 60 embroidery
heads, our embroidery department is second to none. No job is too
large! 99% of our competition sources out their embroidery to a
variety of places, usually whomever is the lowest bidder. Often times
little attention is paid to some of the most important details.
Offering this service in house gives us complete control over the
most important issues: Quality and Timing. Unlike our competition, we
are experts in embroidery. We guarantee that you will be very
impressed by how your products will look throughout the year, and
how consistent your logos will look from product to product.
In-House Digitizing:
Another service typically
outsourced to third parties by our competition is the digitizing. Digitizing is the process by
which camera ready artwork is turned into embroidery instructions.
A logo that isn’t digitized properly, or isn’t digitized to
run on a particular fabric or even a specific type of machine, will
not look good on your garments. Unfortunately, this service is not
offered by the majority of the wholesale embroidery companies.
Therefore, these two services are being performed independently by two
companies who have different technologies, and ultimately different interests.
Fortunately for our clients, ADAM has full time in house
digitizing by trained professionals. Since the digitizers can see their
digitized logos running out on the actual machines, our logos always look
great!
In-House Fulfillment:
ADAM has over 10,000 square feet completely devoted to the fulfillment of our clients’ merchandise.
The two most important benefits to having your merchandise on site are:
- Inventory tracking, shipping, and reporting becomes our problem, not yours.
- We make it very easy to access your merchandise any time.
Our fulfillment programs guarantee to have orders shipped within 24-48 hours. In addition to that, we make delivery available to our local clients. And for those people in a rush, we can have an order pulled to be ready for will call, for courier, or for immediate shipping within minutes.
